Campaigns & Events

Worcester BID has organised a wide range of events and campaigns all aimed at raising awareness of Worcester’s BID businesses and encouraging people to spend more and keep coming back. Since the BID was launched in 2010 we have organised a Chocolate Weekend, Riverside Arts Markets, Motor Festivals, Uniquely Worcester (to celebrate our fantastic independent businesses), a Z Map of all pubs, bars and clubs in the city centre, Customer Service Awards Evenings, improving our standards of customer service and sales, Great British Summer Weekend event, Big Busk and our Student Offers campaign and promotion. We have also worked with partners on the Student Takeover events in CrownGate Shopping Centre. 2014 has seen the launch of the popular Worcester Foodie Festival. Building on the success of these events, in our second BID term you will see an even bigger Motor Festival and Foodie Festival and the return of other popular campaigns. New in 2016 was the Aspire Worcester – Fashion, Health & Wellbeing themed event.
