View a showcase of over 30 of the latest dealership cars and a selection of special race cars in High Street, and discover a wonderful array of more than 100 rare historic vehicles throughout the city centre.

Vintage and classic car fans can enjoy a stroll through the pedestrianised event area in the heart of the city centre. Travel down memory lane when discovering more than 100 amazing classic and vintage cars from the late 1920s to the 1970s throughout Worcester’s lively shopping area. Look out for retro street rods, a prototype beach car, plus selection of historic motorcycles, amongst other.
The Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb will be having a display of race cars outside CrownGate, including single seaters and a race prepared road car. Find out more about 2017 hill climb events and this special venue, which has been holding motorsport events since 1905 and is located 15 minutes to the west of Worcester city centre. The Midland Automobile Club will also be displaying a number of classic cars around the Cathedral in the afternoon.
Highest standards of craftmanship can be admired at the High Street display by Malvern Link based Morgan Motor Company. Visitors can view a Morgan Roadster and a Morgan 3 Wheeler close up at the Motor Festival. The friendly team of the last remaining family owned, independent British motor manufacturer will also provide information about their fascinating factory tours and special souvenirs are available at their stall.
There will also be a truly unique display of a DS3 WRC Diorama celebrating the Sébastien Loeb and Daniel Elena’s unrivalled nine FIA World Rally Championship titles. This amazing diorama showing nine different rally terrains has been commissioned by Citroën. This exhibit is not to be missed!
At Copenhagen Street, outside the former fire station, the Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service crew and volunteers will be showcasing one of their fire appliances. A display of their boat, as well as an information marquee and firefighters charity stall from 10am to 4pm are planned (subject to operational commitments).
A special police car display will be featuring in Broad Street, including vintage and American police cars, a public order (riot) police van and a stall by West Mercia Police, where you can meet your local officers. Kids can also meet friendly mascot ‘Peeler’ the police dog through the day.
Experience the thrills and spills of motorsport at your fingertips when participating in a Scalextric race. This fun activity will be located in Reindeer Court. Enter this free challenge for a chance to win the following prizes:

Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of David Cox and his contemporaries Turner and Constable in an exhibition exploring Cox’s position in the great age of British water colouring painting.
Enquiring Minds until 11th November
Visitors can discover a period of seemingly impossible engineering feats, global wildlife explorations and world renowned artist sketching trips from Worcester’s past, with objects from the museum collection and some special items on loan.

Mini Beer Festival at Tudor House
For the 11th annual Worcester Motor Festival, Tudor House will be displaying classic, vintage motorbikes from the 1920s and up. These beautiful machines will be here for that day only, chat to their owners, compare notes, admire the chrome!
Joining Tudor House will be the Friar Street Mini Beer Festival, curated by The Cardinal’s Hat and showcasing the best real and craft ales Worcestershire has to offer.

Festival at the Fountains
Staff and students from Heart of Worcestershire College will be hosting a number of activities including face painting, live music, a BBQ, and much more at South Quay on the same day as the Worcester Motor Festival.
Visit South Quay from 11am to 3pm on 20th May for a showcase of music and performances from the college students. Visitors will have the chance to chat with staff and students about various courses, life at the college and future pathways they can take. To find out more, visit www.howcollege.ac.uk
There is no need to rush your visit at the Worcester Motor Festival. With plenty of special parking offers you can enjoy your day out at the event, stay for a coffee when catching up with friends or if you have spotted that special something in one of Worcester’s quality shops.

There will be a number of road closures in place throughout Worcester city centre shopping areas from 6.30am to 7.30pm for the safe facilitation of the event. Catering enquiries may be considered by the Worcester BID team. Please note that we will not be able to accept standard catering trailers or white vans at this event. Gazebo based set ups or catering set ups in unusual or historic vehicles, e.g. vintage caravan, VW bus or similar in keeping with the event theme may be considered.
