E-BULLETIN

5th November 2015

This week has marked the start of the Uniquely Worcester campaign – a celebration and showcase of the city’s wide range of independent businesses. This campaign will be running until Saturday 5th December 2015 and there are still opportunities for businesses and their employees to support this campaign. Read on to find out more!

NEW! Uniquely Worcester Exclusive Offers Card

Pick up your free Uniquely Worcester Offers Card at 56 participating local businesses* and other selected outlets to enjoy exclusive offers. These are available to you every time you shop, eat and play at selected independent businesses in Worcester city centre when you use the Uniquely Worcester card between now and Saturday 5th December 2015.

Take a look at www.uniquelyworcester.com to find out more about offers available and where to get your card from – and start discovering your local independents.

If you are a participating business, please ensure you display the bunting and posters provided in your window, so that customers can easily spot your business. If you would like to receive an additional supply of cards or posters, please email info@worcesterbid.com.

Haven’t signed up yet and want to get involved?

We are happy to include additional offers on the Uniquely Worcester campaign website and promote these via our Uniquely Worcester social media channels. We can also provide you with your individual ‘Did you know…?’ poster to tell customers why your business is unique. Please go to www.worcesterbid.com/uniquely-worcester-campaigns and download the sign up form.

Get behind the campaign & go social

Support the Uniquely Worcester campaign and show your business is part of it via Facebook and Twitter.

Follow and like the dedicated campaign pages: on Twitter and Facebook. Please tag us in your tweets where possible and we are happy to share your posts via our main campaign handles to increase their reach and draw attention to your business. You may also want to use hashtags #Uniquely #Worcester or #UniquelyWorc to help people find campaign related posts.

Why not make your social media profile, e-shots and website look the part? We have collated a selection of logos, posters, backgrounds and other useful artwork files for you in a shared Toolkit folder on dropbox. To access the files please click here:  . If you need help installing these for social media, please give us a ring on 01905 731612 and we’re happy to talk you through it.

Free PR opportunities

A key element of the campaign will be your stories about your businesses. We are happy to integrate these in our Uniquely Worcester campaign press releases and on social media, so all you need to do is send us your newsletters, press releases, a quick line about any news (e.g. business awards, in-store events, etc). Images are always welcome to support your news stories. If you would be happy to be interviewed as part of this campaign or if you would like to submit a quote about what it means to you/your business to be involved in this campaign, simply email Nadja.vondahlen@worcesterbid.com or phone 01905 731612.
