With the summer event season having come to an end, we have now started to draw up exciting new plans for 2017. As a Worcester BID levy paying business, we would like to give you the opportunity to have your say by helping us review past campaigns and events, to provide valuable feedback and to assist in shaping next year’s activities to make them another success for your business and the city.

Worcester Motor Festival (Saturday 14th May 2016) Worcester-Motor-Festival-2016-Questionnaire

The Worcester Motor Festival forms part of the Spreading the Word activities outlined in the Worcester BID business plan. It is organised in partnership by Worcester BID and the Worcester News. The event and associated marketing campaign is financed by a combination of event related income raised through car and stall pitch sales, sponsorship, advertising sales, in kind benefits and Worcester BID levy income.The aims and objectives of the event and associated marketing campaign were to increase awareness of Worcester and its city centre businesses, to provide marketing and trading opportunities for BID levy paying businesses, to increase footfall in the city centre by attracting new and repeat visitors, to encourage visitors to explore different areas of the city centre and to create a vibrant atmosphere by animating the city centre environment.

The Worcester Foodie Festival forms part of the Spreading the Word activities outlined in the Worcester BID business plan and is organised by the Worcester BID team. The event and associated marketing campaign is financed by a combination of event related income raised through stall and catering pitch sales, sponsorship, advertising sales, in kind benefits and Worcester BID levy income.

The aims and objectives of the event and associated marketing campaign were to increase awareness of Worcester and its city centre businesses, in particular food and drink related businesses, to provide marketing and trading opportunities for BID levy paying businesses, to increase footfall in the city centre by attracting new and repeat visitors, to encourage visitors to explore different areas of the city centre and to create a vibrant atmosphere by animating the city centre environment.

Student Campaign
(Core activities September 2016, but ongoing)  Students-Campaign-Questionnaire-2016

The Student Campaign forms part of the Spreading the Word activities outlined in the Worcester BID business plan and is organised by the Worcester BID team. The marketing campaign and associated event attendance is financed through Worcester BID levy income.

The aims and objectives of student campaign were to increase awareness of Worcester city centre businesses with the student market, to provide marketing opportunities for BID levy paying businesses, to attract new and repeat visitors, as well as to increase local student spend.

Each surveys takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and are available until Friday 4th November 2016.
As we value your feedback and time spent to complete the surveys you will have the option to enter into a prize draw for 4 cash prizes worth £25 each. There will be one prize winner drawn at random for each survey category, i.e. there are up to 4 chances to win if you complete all 4 surveys.
