Last Saturday’s Worcester BID Motor Festival saw a whopping increase of 28% in footfall in the city centre compared with the previous Saturday. Excellent weather, a great mix of new and vintage cars, street entertainment and businesses getting involved with offers, window displays and trails all combined to raise the profile of the city centre. For post event coverage, click here. We are keen to get your views on the event so if you wish to complete a quick survey, we would be grateful. Congratulations to The Paintbox Gallery in Mealcheapen Street and to Birch Hill Dog Rescue in Reindeer Court for winning the professional and public votes for the Best Dressed Window competition respectively.

Rebecca Jones will take you on an exploration of how coaching can be used to enable your employees to reach their full potential and how you can evaluate just how successful your coaching program is.
Holly Andrews then looks into the dark side of employees, discussing how individuals with negative characteristics can be successful in organisations and what you can do to protect yourself.
Rebecca’s talk will introduce the topic of workplace coaching and discuss some of the challenges related to the field. In particular, Rebecca will explore how coaching (and other types of learning and developing) can be evaluated to ensure that you are getting a good return on investment and your organisation’s coaching interventions are effectively helping to bring out your employees inner heroes.
