Escape Hunt launches new immersive outdoor adventures in Worcester city centre

Worcester city centre has become the latest backdrop for global entertainment brand Escape Hunt, following the launch of their new immersive outdoor city hunt adventures.

Known for their premium indoor experiences, Escape Hunt is inviting residents and visitors to step outside and explore Worcester by combining a 2km walking trail with high-tech puzzle-solving. Upon arrival at the Escape Hunt venue, groups are equipped with an iPad and a case of physical props before embarking on a 90-minute countdown to complete their chosen assignment.

Teams can choose between three distinct, themed storylines created by Escape Hunt:

  • Return to Wonderland: By order of the Queen, take to the streets and use your action pack picnic hamper and digital map to help the White Rabbit before it’s too late. Tick Tock.
  • Time Cops: Become Time Cops and stop the deadly artificial intelligence from being released! Hit the streets with a briefcase full of gadgets and a device that communicates with the future, can you help save humanity.
  • Vampire Hunters: Your sacred task – to rid the world of vampires by destroying the fearsome Vampire King. Hit the streets to find and destroy his Barons and rid the world of this evil!.

The digital map guides teams through the city centre, with the allotted 90 minutes providing ample time for both the walk and the puzzles. After completing the outdoor trail, Escape Hunt invites players back to the venue to unwind in their dedicated lounge, use the in-house bar, and visit the photo opportunity space.

The experiences are recommended for groups of up to six players at a cost of £15 per person. To accommodate local families, Escape Hunt offers free entry for all children under the age of 8, provided there are two paying adults in the group. Any players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
