Independent retailer Nerdworks is celebrating its first anniversary in Worcester city centre, marking 12 months since bringing its physical store to St Martin’s Quarter.
After expanding into high-street retail, the store quickly established itself among Worcester’s local gaming and pop-culture community, offering everything from collectables, to cards, to games and gaming accessories.
Reflecting on their first year, the team expressed gratitude for the local support that helped establish the physical space as a community hub for gaming enthusiasts in the city.
The team behind the venue had this to say:
“Its been an amazing first year, heres to many more! Thanks to all the awesome customers that are helping us build the place that we all want to visit, play and make memories in! All we wanted to accomplish this year was establish a community where anyone is welcome to enjoy their hobby in a safe space, and we couldnt be happier.”
As Nerdworks enters its second year, the business continues to grow its ranges and host local events.
