Worcester Hearing Centre is proud to celebrate 15 wonderful years of helping the community hear better.

Tom and Victoria Dixon started the business in 2011 with no customer database, no appointments in the diary, and a simple belief that people deserved hearing care that felt personal, honest, and truly supportive.

With Victoria’s late mother, Jean, welcoming people on reception, the practice began as a family effort, and those family values still guide us today. From those early days, Worcester Hearing Centre has grown into a close-knit team based at 5 Cornmarket, in the heart of Worcester. Today, their audiologists, hearing care assistants, and reception and admin team work together, all dedicated to making sure every patient feels welcomed, listened to, and cared for.

“Over the years, we have had the privilege of helping thousands of people hear more clearly, feel more confident, and reconnect with the conversations and moments that matter most. Whether someone visits us for a hearing test, hearing aids, ear wax removal, or ongoing support, our promise has always been the same: to offer expert hearing care, a personal touch, and a service people can truly trust.

To every patient, family member, friend, and local supporter who has been part of our journey, thank you. Your trust, loyalty, and kind recommendations mean the world to us.”

Here’s to many more years of friendly faces, clearer conversations, and helping the community hear better.
